Q) What is virtual fitness and nutrition coaching?

Virtual fitness and nutrition coaching are scheduled meetings between you and your coach to review progress, engage in discussions to keep you motivated and on track, alter program material, make time to answer any of your professional questions, and discuss an action plan for moving forward. It is not virtual face-to-face personal training.

Q) How long are fitness and nutrition coaching sessions?

Each fitness coaching session lasts 30 minutes in duration and each nutrition coaching session lasts 30 minutes in duration. fitness or nutrition coaching sessions may be combined into 60 minute sessions if desired.

Q) Who is designing my program?

We have Certified Personal Trainers, Health & Fitness Coaches, and Fitness Instructors on staff who specialize in a wide variety of different areas (weight loss, toning, strength training, bodybuilding, athletic performance, etc.).

Q) How are iHealthFitness Coaches assigned?

Your iHealthFitness Coach is carefully selected based upon your medical history and personal health and fitness goals.

Q) What if I need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session?

No problem. Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule the session for free. Any cancellation notice provided within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a forfeited session.

Q) Is your nutrition expert a Registered Dietician?

Yes, we have contracted Certified Nutritionists and Registered Dietitians on staff through our Elite program option.

Q) Are small group options available?

Q) Can I access my program anywhere and anytime?

Yes, anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the internet or IOS / Android apps.

Q) Do I need to purchase a membership?

Yes, however, each iHealthFitness memebership is based upon a month to month billing cycle. Meaning, there is no contracts or long term payment plans. In other words, you pay as you go. You may cancel your membership at anytime by managing your settings through MoonClerk (link provided in your welcome email) NOTE: please keep in mind that all of our programs are progressive. Each month's program leads into the next helping you complete your fitness goals while also helping you understand and learn the science and reasoning behind the programming. We don't just tell you what to do like most trainer: we educate you every step of the way.

Q) What do I need to do to sign up?

Register online through our website by clicking the PROGRAMS tab in the top navigation browser. Once completed, your iHealthFitness Coach will reach out to you to set up your FREE consultation to discuss your health background and fitness goals and guide you through setting up your account and beginning your program.
